Do you charge more for areas further from Apple Valley?
There is no separate trip fee bolted onto the invoice. The flat rate we quote already reflects the distance, so what you are told on the phone is what you pay. What does change with distance is notice: Northfield or Eden Prairie wants a day's notice where Burnsville usually does not.
My town is not on the list. Do you still serve it?
Very possibly. This list covers the communities we deliver to most regularly, not the outer limits of where we will go. Call and ask — and if we genuinely cannot cover you we will say so rather than waste your time.
You cross three counties. Does that affect permits?
Only if a container needs to sit on a public street rather than private property. In that case the authority depends on the parcel: City of Apple Valley, Dakota County, Hennepin County, Scott County or a city within it. Tell us the address and we will point you at the right office.
Can you deliver to a gated community?
Yes, routinely. Add us to the gate list for the delivery date or give us the code, and if the gate needs a call-in, provide the number and dispatch will handle it while the driver is on the way.
